The jury lineup for this year's WAN Awards World Architecture News Awards has been announced, with 51 judges from around the world conducting a careful and professional evaluation of the entries in various categories. Mr. Guan Yiqun, Managing Partner of GN Architects, has been invited to continue serving as an international judge for the competition.

最新一届WAN Awards世界建筑新闻大奖的评审团阵容正式公布，来自全球的51位评委将对本届参赛的各类别作品展开审慎且专业的评审工作。GN栖城设计董事合伙人管轶群先生受邀连任该大赛国际评委。

The 2024 Dezeen Awards ceremony was held on December 18th in Zhangyuan, Shanghai. The final list of winners was also announced at the event. GN Architects' work "Flying Carpet" won the only award in the mixed use category of architecture.

2024年12月18日，2024 Dezeen Awards 设志大奖颁奖典礼在上海张园举行，现场揭晓了年度最终获奖名单。GN栖城设计文旅作品「飞毯」在建筑类混合用途类别的5个入围项目中脱颖而出，荣获该类别唯一大奖。

The Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of China recently released the "Typical Cases of Urban Aging-friendly Construction and Renovation". The cases announced in the file are divided into three categories, and only 10 projects nationwide were selected. The Junyi Oriental Senior-living project in Nanjin, which was designed by GN Architects became one of the only four projects in the "Aging-friendly Housing Construction and Renovation" category.

中国住房城乡建设部近期发布了《城市适老化建设和改造典型案例》，本次公布的典型案例分为三大类别，全国仅有10个项目入选。由GN栖城设计进行整体规划、建筑方案设计及护理院室内设计的“南京银城·君颐东方”项目成为“住房适老化建设与改造”类别全国仅有的4个项目之一。
